Ensure that your product feed contains the 3 energy class attributes as detailed in the Google Merchant Feed format.
Add a new Image placeholder to your template.

Replace the "MAX" text with a (Product attributes) placeholder. Click the placeholder and choose "Only product attribute: max_energy_efficiency_class".
Replace the "MIN" text with a (Product attributes) placeholder. Click the placeholder and choose "Only product attribute: min_energy_efficiency_class".
Replace the "CLASS" text with a (Product attributes) placeholder. Click the placeholder and choose "Only product attribute: energy_efficiency_class".
Now you need to ensure that + characters get replaced with %2B. Do this by clicking each of the "Attribute: .." placeholders to open the dialog. Click the "Tt" button to add a text transform. Search for + and replace with %2B
Add a fallback and leave it empty. This prevents warnings if your products are missing the energy efficiency class attributes.
