Content is the text and media that Aimée creates or selects for your products, which becomes the raw material that goes into channels and templates. For example

  • Images with their backgrounds automatically made transparent

  • Ad copy written using prompts or extracted from your product descriptions

  • The best text fragments automatically extracted from product reviews

You can click any product name and see all the content that has been selected for a product, and if needed make modifications and changes which will then be automatically in channels and templates.

You can also add new content both on products and project, in case you have some specific copy that you need to be included in your ads. For example store reviews, taglines and other site-wide content.

When reviewing and modifying content in bulk there's a special Product content page that makes this workflow quick and easy, you'll find it by going to your project and finding the button on the "Product selection".

Content approval

Content can be approved by a human, or not. When Aimée selects or creates some content it will not be approved from the start, only after some person has modified or verified it will it be flagged as "Approved.

For most cases it is perfectly fine to let unapproved be used in channels and templates, and this is what happens by default. But if you really need to maintain full 100% editorial control over what goes out in your ads you have the option of using an "require approval before publish" workflow.

You can enable for each placeholder by clicking it and then requiring approved content for that placeholder. Learn more about placeholders here.

Content that is not yet approved will have a blue info icon saying so. Click the content and press OK to approve it, or use the thumbs up buttons on the Product content page.
